👁️ Amsler Grid Test

What is the Amsler Grid?
A simple visual test to detect problems with your central vision — particularly conditions affecting the macula (center of your retina).

How to use this test:

1. Sit ~30–40 cm from your screen
2. Wear your reading glasses if you use them
3. Cover one eye completely with your hand
4. Stare at the center dot with your uncovered eye
5. Notice if any lines appear wavy, bent, blurred, or if any squares look different in size
6. Repeat with the other eye
