Amblyopia treatment exercises focus on forcing the brain to use the weaker eye, often with patching the stronger eye, and include Pencil Push-ups (bringing a pencil to your nose, focusing on it not blurring), Brock String (focusing on beads on a string to build coordination), Coloring within lines (improving fine motor skills with the weaker eye), and Dot Card/Concentric Circle exercises to improve tracking and focus, plus modern digital games and dichoptic training to build binocular vision.
