TREATMENT MODES
1. SingleSpot Mode
Single point, repeat, pattern, and continuous modes
Traditional single laser spot delivery
2. MultiSpot Pattern Scanning Mode
Four customizable patterns: Single Spot, Squares, Triple Arcs
Delivers simultaneous multiple targets
Reduces treatment time (full PRP in 1 session)
3. SubLiminal® Subthreshold Mode
Converts each laser shot into a pulse envelope with customizable train of short pulses
Allows operator to fully adjust pulse duration (On Time) and interval (Off Time)
Non-visible laser impacts for tissue-sparing treatments
CLINICAL APPLICATIONS & MEDICAL INDICATIONS
Retinal Pathologies Treated
Diabetic Retinopathy (DR)
Diabetic Macular Edema (DME)
Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (PDR) - Pan-Retinal Photocoagulation (PRP)
Macular Edema
Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSC)
Peripheral retinal pathologies
Macular pathologies
Wavelength Advantages (577nm Yellow)
Excellent combined absorption by both melanin and oxyhemoglobin (peak absorption of oxyhemoglobin)
Very little absorption by macular xanthophyll pigments
Excellent penetration through cataracts and hazy media
Clinical Benefits
MultiSpot Mode:
Less heat diffusion to the retina and choroid
Less damage to the retinal nerve fiber layer
More comfortable treatment better tolerated by patients
Treatment time reduction
SubLiminal® Mode:
Tissue-sparing for macular treatments
Subthreshold treatment (non-visible laser impacts)
Precise thermal effect management
Reduces burden of monthly visits and costly injections for DME patients
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Resume® Function
Exclusive function offering operators more flexibility in implementing treatments
Allows restarting or stopping a new pattern in case of interruption
Software Interface
Clinically oriented, intuitive user interface
Software-guided treatment procedures
Three dedicated aiming beams for each treatment mode
Customizable laser treatment reports
OPTIONAL MOSAR® IMAGING SYSTEM
HD imaging system
Co-observation teaching mode for live viewing
